This planned closure has been extended to approximately noon on Thursday July 7th due to today’s rain.

Avery Construction has advised that the Huron Street entrance to the International Bridge and Duty Free Building is closed for an extended period beyond the initial planned 12 hours. The purpose of this closure is to facilitate the final lift of asphalt on the outbound lane as part of Stage 1 of the Bridge Plaza Modernization Project.

Access to the International Bridge for all traffic will be maintained off the Carmen’s Way entrance. The Duty Free Store remains open throughout this phase of construction.
