We thank all our customers who have been voluntarily changing to our automated prepaid debit account (Prox) option in light of the ongoing concern for the safety of the health of everyone.
We strongly encourage our remaining commercial customers who have not yet changed their old magnetic cards, to please call the International Bridge Administration Office at (906)635-5255 extension 0 or (705)942-4345 extension 0. The on-duty supervisor will be able to take the request. Your request will be processed within 72 hours and the card will be mailed to the address that is on the account.
Commuters attempting to make cash debit account deposits at the booths: You will be provided with online payment options by staff at the booth, as account deposits at the toll booths will cease. You are requested to contact us at the number above for any questions or assistance you require to access your online account.
